Lazy Baby

If you’ve met E then you are fully aware of her spunky and comedian-like personality. She loves to play and is constantly trying to get your giggles… and normally she’s pretty good at doing so.  This week she has followed in my steps of lazy days. She has been especially snuggly. It’s funny how little ones can have such keen awareness of their surroundings, for E it’s been the recognition that Mommy is a little more tired today.  Her gentle spirit has certainly made my days easier. E knows how to love just the right ways and as a mom that amazes me more than anything. So here’s our “take on today.”  We are moving at much slower speed than our usual days, but I think we’ve both enjoyed the snuggles and cuddles.

Lazy days come with lazy faces too. 🙂
No make up today and we just don’t care.

Until We meet again,

  1. Two beautiful young ladies for sure. You are so right Steph, there is nothing like snuggles and lazy days spent with our little ones. Thinking of you and praying for you one day at a time. OXOXOXOXOXOXOXO, Mrs. S 🙂

  2. Lazy days are often the most memorable days for little ones. My daughters remember dinner and a movie nights on cool fall days. A big blanket on the floor, watching a Disney flick & eating dinner. 🙂 Keep soaking up those lovely moments w/ Ms. Emilyn!
